This is how I see the world.

Future & Civilization

• The FUTURE is going to be super exciting.
• We're 25 years from Kardashev Type 1. Multi-planetary by 2050 isn't optimism, it's the only acceptable timeline.
• Humanity's trajectory is binary: stars or stagnation. There's no comfortable middle ground. Physics won't wait for us to get comfortable.
• At the current point, our civilization advances in leaps, not increments. We're living through one right now. Don't waste it optimizing yesterday's problems.

Education & Learning

• Current education is a crime against human potential. We're training kids for a world that died in 2022.
• Schools teach compliance, not capability. Sit still. Memorize. Regurgitate. Repeat for 12 years. Then wonder why nobody can think.
• One teacher, 40 students, same content, same pace; this isn't education, it's industrial-era batch processing of humans.
• Learning deficit compounds every year. By grade 10, most students are 3-4 years behind where they should be. We call this "normal."
• Education is winner-takes-all. Whoever builds the intelligent learning layer for the AGI age owns the next century.
• Teachers aren't the problem. The system that forces them to lecture 40 kids identically is the problem. Free teachers = free students.
• Real learning is personal, self-paced, curiosity-driven, and deeply uncomfortable. Everything else is labour work or entertainment disguised as education.

AI & AGI

• AGI might arrive before 2030. What happens in the next 5 years determines the next 500.
• Intelligence is becoming abundant. The bottleneck shifts from "what can we do" to "what should we pursue."
• AI will remove 90% of current work; the slavery work, the soul-crushing grind that keeps humans busy but not alive. This is liberation if we deploy it right.
• But abundance doesn't distribute itself. Without deliberate work, AGI creates paradise for 1% and irrelevance for the rest.
• The learning layer is everything. Humans who can wield intelligence will thrive. Humans who just consume it will fade.
• AI enables all other frontier tech. Space needs AI. Robotics needs AI. Fusion needs AI. BCI needs AI. Biotech needs AI. You can't climb the Kardashev scale without intelligent systems.
• I'm wildly optimistic about general & super intelligent AI, not because it's safe, but because it's the only path to the future we actually want.
• The question isn't "will AI take jobs?" It's "will humans remain capable of asking questions worth answering?"
• We need to work our asses off to make AGI free humans to pursue what's deeply meaningful. The default trajectory is cry and passivity. That's unacceptable.

Frontier Tech

• Frontier techs aren’t a sector. They are the only lever that matters. AI, space, energy, biotech; everything else is background noise.
• Technology compounds. Every breakthrough in energy unlocks space. Every advance in AI unlocks energy. It's all connected.
• We're in the biggest technological acceleration since inception. If you're working on anything that doesn't compound into the future, you're wasting your prime years.
• India must be at the forefront of this. We can't import intelligence infrastructure from the West and expect to shape our destiny.
• India has the talent, the scale, and the hunger. What we lack is permission to swing big. That changes now.

Founder Mode & Startups

• This is radical belief. The old company needs to die. After 40yrs they get into a way of advancement; Apple, Microsoft, Disney all need to go away.
• Founder mode isn't a management style. It's a metabolic rate. You either run hot or you don't.
• The best founders are unreasonably convinced and relentlessly empirical. Strong beliefs, loosely held, violently tested.
• Dropping out of MBA after 12 days taught me more than finishing ever would. Can't work without a strong purpose. Won't pretend otherwise.
• Pivots aren't failures. Staying in delusion is failure. We've done lots of tweaks and pivots to reach PMF. That's the game.
• If your startup can be built by a team that doesn't care deeply, it's not worth building.
• Speed is the ultimate feature.

Science Fiction

• Sci-fi should be mandatory from 5th grade onwards. Not literature. Core curriculum.
• It nurtures imagination, curiosity, optimism, and most importantly; comfort with the unknown.
• Kids who read sci-fi start asking existential questions early. That's exactly what we need in a world shaped by intelligent tech.
• The future will be weirder than any sci-fi we've written. Preparing minds to navigate weirdness is education's actual job.
• Sci-fi teaches us to think in systems, in consequences, in second-order effects. We desperately need more of this.
• I've watched less sci-fi than I should. That's on me. But I see its power in the people who grew up on it.

On India

• India needs to rise as the cradle of human civilization again. We can make this happen in our lifetime.
• This isn't inward-looking nationalism. This is Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam; this is the best thing for Humanity.
• India doesn't need to copy the West. Need to build tech and systems for planet level ambition.
• If we don't lead in AI-powered education, we'll rent intelligence infrastructure from Silicon Valley for the next century. That's unacceptable.
• I'll do everything for India's rise. Not out of blind patriotism. Out of conviction that India must be at the table when humanity decides its future.

Art & Culture

• Culture shapes capability. What a civilization values determines what it builds.
• Art isn't decoration. It's how we process complexity and make meaning from chaos.
• India's cultural depth - philosophy, music, art, spirituality - is an asymmetric advantage. We just need to learn how to deploy it in the modern world.
• Without culture, technology is just gadgets. With it, technology becomes civilization.

On China

• I'm deeply curious about China as a civilizational state. Their history, their way of thinking, their engineering mindset; it fascinates me deeply.
• Spent 12 days in Hangzhou, Suzhou, and Shanghai. Came back more optimistic, not less. Their speed, execution, and long-term thinking is inspiring.
• I don't see China's rise as a threat but proof that civilization-scale thinking works.
• Their tech and engineering culture deserves study, not blind copying.
• The West treats China as a rival. I see them as a mirror, showing what's possible when a civilization decides to move fast.

Elon Musk

• He's been the single biggest inspiration for me and for Edutor.
• I strongly believe that when he lands humans on Mars, he'll ascend to the level of Jesus and Buddha. Not a metaphor. Literal civilizational shift.
• His risk-taking looks like foolishness by every standard metric. And yet SpaceX, Tesla, Neuralink, Starlink. He just makes it happen.
• SpaceX is the only company outside Edutor (it’s our baby) I'd want to work at. Their ambition-to-execution ratio is unmatched.
• I think he needs to learn about India and Indian philosophy; especially Advaita Vedanta. It would shift how he sees consciousness, AI, and civilization.
• He seems ignorant about India. That's fine. He's busy. But when he learns, I think he'll see India differently than the West does.
• His "all-in" mentality - burning the boats, no plan B - that's the energy I try to channel.

Founder Tiers

Tier 1:

• Elon Musk. Nobody else at this altitude.

Tier 2:

• Steve Jobs. Sam Altman. Jensen Huang.

Tier 3:

• Mark Zuckerberg. Bill Gates (not philanthropist). Jeff Bezos. Ratan Tata. Larry-Sergey. Brian Chesky, Jack Ma, Morris Chang.

Lata Mangeshkar

• She's the only person I call myself a devoted fan of.
• I don't know why, but hearing her voice makes me emotional. Thinking about her makes me emotional. Talking about her makes me emotional.
• She's been part of my life in ways I can't fully explain. Some connections transcend logic.
• If art is the language of the soul, her voice is the clearest dialect.

First Principle Thinking & Original Thinking

• I fuck up at this more than I succeed. But I keep trying.
• I'm obsessed with acquiring this. Still working on it. Probably always will be.
• Originality in any person makes me instantly excited. People who think from scratch, not from consensus, those are my people.
• Most people are running someone else's script. Original thinkers write their own. That's rare and beautiful.
• First principles = stripping away assumptions until you hit physics or truth. Then building up from there. Simple idea. Brutally hard to execute.

On Being Rebellious

• I'm rebellious by nature. Can't follow convention or things I'm told to follow just because "that's how it's done."
• Sometimes I rebel against true and important things too. That's the downside. I know it.
• It's a feature and a bug. Can't separate them. This rebellion makes me who I am.
• Wrong & Original over Right & Derivative : any day.

That's it. Tomorrow I might think differently. That's fine too.
